With great challenges comes the opportunity for great action and impact. The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals—also known as the Global Goals—are so inclusive and comprehensive that some people worry the agenda is in danger of collapsing under its own weight. In order to make the goals more accessible and actionable, PYXERA Global has developed the following graphic which consolidates the goals into four focus areas and demonstrates the overlap among the various goals – highlighting their systemic nature. Goal 17 sits at the center, as we believe strategic partnerships amongst and between the public, private, and social sectors that engage the unique attributes of each will be a critical component of moving the goals from aspiration to achievement.
