Dr. Venkatraman Chandra-Mouli has worked on adolescent health and development in WHO for twenty years. His work includes building the evidence base on Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health, and in supporting countries to translate this evidence into action through well-conceived and well-managed policies and programs. His special focus is on overcoming barriers to reach adolescents in different social, economic and cultural settings with sexuality education and sexual and reproductive health services, including full-range of contraceptive options – no matter what their age or marital status.
