Timothy Wirth is the Vice Chair of the United Nations Foundation and the Better World Fund. In 1986, Wirth was elected to the U.S. Senate for the state of Colorado where he focused on environmental issues, particularly global climate change and population stabilization. Wirth served as President of the UN Foundation (UNF) from its inception in early 1998 to January 2013.
