Representatives from the Labour, the Lib Dems, SNP and the Greens suggest that the UK is losing its foothold as a global leader in climate action to countries like the United States and China, which formally joined the agreement over the weekend.
The representatives urged the UK to take swift action, warning that there’s no good reason to delay.
