Michelle Arevalo-Carpenter works at HURIDOCS, a tech and human rights NGO. She is also the Co-Founder of Impacto Quito, with a mission to create a vibrant impact entrepreneurship ecosystem for Ecuador. She writes about and advocates for the rights and development of those in the fringes of society. She earned a Masters in Public Policy from UC Berkeley and an LLM from University of Oxford. She is also a World Economic Forum Global Shaper.
