Gala Díaz Langou

Gala is the director of the Social Protection Program of CIPPEC and an international consultant in social policy, focusing on women’s and children’s rights. She holds an MA in Public Policy and Development Management (Georgetown University) and a BA in International Studies (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella). Gala has worked as an international consultant on women’s and children’s rights for several UN agencies and other international organizations and governments of the Latin American Region. She participates in advisory bodies of several organizations. She has authored over 25 publications on social policy in Latin America, and a book on Early Childhood in Argentina.
