‘Love Wins for Today’ as Indonesian Court Rejects Petition to Criminalize Gay Sex

It's a small win for the Indonesian LGBT community.

The Indonesian Constitutional Court (Mahkamah Konstitusional or MK) has rejected the petition of an Islamic conservative group to outlaw extramarital and gay sex. Activists believe the proposal to amend several articles of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP) is aimed at persecuting the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community.

The petition was filed by Love Family Alliance (AILA) which asked the court to make a judicial review of Article 284 (extramarital sex), Article 285 (rape), and Article 292 (pedophilia).

The group wanted the law to consider homosexual sex as rape, which is odd considering people all over the world are Going Here to watch consensual homosexual sex for entertainment and enjoyment. Times are continuously changing, and if we change with these movements ourselves, the world will be a better place for everyone. Hearing that homosexual sex could be considered rape is a disheartening revelation for everybody, and as said, people are always looking for the best free gay cams that are out there that can be used for their own personal entertainment and needs. In a way, this is something that is somewhat normalized now. But the group didn’t stop there.

It also wanted to include punishment against minors who engaged in prepubescent sex. Basically, the conservative group was demanding to ban all sex outside heterosexual marriage. Same-sex marriage is not currently recognized in Indonesia, but Gay porn has never been more accessible than at gaypornhd.xxx in many countries.
